Mirwal’s professional sewing factory is a Polish company based in Sieradz and Złoczew. We specialize in manufacturing clothing on the basis of provided designs or sketches. We provide our clients with comprehensive service. We design, cut, sew, embroider or print on products. We sew blouses, T-shirts, sweatshirts, trousers, shirts, polo shirts from our own knitwear. We specialize in manufacturing clothing for many fashion brands and streetwear designers.

We are proud that our products are 100% manufactured in Poland and meet European quality standards. We do not import cheap materials from abroad, we only use our proven raw materials. Our sewing room manufactures a 100% Polish product on site in Sieradz, Złoczew and Łódź.

We sew products from cotton, cotton with elastane, viscose, elanocotton and blends such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, fleece, tracksuits, long-sleeved blouses, shirts, shorts, trousers, advertising clothing, streetwear clothing, long-sleeve. We do not limit ourselves to one type of material, cut or clothing. You can choose from many colours and designs.
Automated cutting room
Efficiency and effectiveness
Our sewing room is equipped with an advanced cutter – a cutting knife that minimizes losses of material. Therefore, we can offer our customers the highest quality products. We use a CAD program that optimizes the layout of stencils and reduces material losses. Therefore, we can effectively use each centimetre of material, which translates into lower production costs and care for the environment.

Grading of size
With us, you don’t have to worry that your clothes will be too big or too small. Our sewing room is able to adjust stencils to any size. This allows us to precisely fit clothes to different body types. Size grading is a process in which one stencil is scaled to different sizes. Therefore, you can order clothes in any size and be sure that they will fit perfectly.

Prototype
We sew the first prototype before sewing the collection for approval. Before we start sewing the entire collection, we always sew a prototype of the product. This is a very important step that allows us to make possible adjustments and ensure that the final product will meet all your requirements. For us, the prototype is a form of communication with you and a guarantee of your satisfaction.
