Pigment printing is a printing technique on knitted and woven fabrics, which consists in applying special pigment dyes onto the surface of material, using stencils. pigment printing has many advantages, such as high durability and the possibility of using various special effects, such as glitter, puffy paint, metallic gloss finish and the like. pigment printing is very popular in the textile industry, as it does not require many processes after printing, which reduces production costs and shortens the time of order fulfilment. this type of printing is perfect for printing on cotton materials and blends with polyester.

Our company offers rotary prints, which we make on the stork pegacus printer.

Here are some details about our services:

Lengths of weave repeat: We have four weave repeat lengths at our disposal: 64cm stork, 82cm, 91.4cm and 102cm zimmer. this means that we can adapt ourselves to different design requirements of our clients and provide any of the above weave repeats. standard weave repeat length is 64cm.

Width of weave repeat: Our services include printing on materials up to 161cm and up to 178cm wide.

Minimum order: Our minimum order is 10 rolls, which corresponds with 200kg of printed material.

Design: The design is precisely laser-etched onto the stencils, which then guarantees high quality printing.

Stations: We have at our disposal up to 9 printing stations, which allows printing complex and colourful designs up to 9 colours in one weave repeat.

Colour matching: We offer colour matching to pantone tcx, c, u, tpx, tpg, customer sample or according to an unlimited colour palette.

Our company offers printing services on various types of knitwear. we can print on knitwear that we manufacture ourselves or on those that we receive from our clients. regardless of whether you need printing on cotton, cotton with elastane or blends, we guarantee good quality.

We print on pre-dyed knitwear.

If you already have a ready-made design, we will gladly print it for you. it is enough to provide us with a file with graphics and we will adapt it for printing needs. the printing will be done after accepting the adapted graphic design.

We offer a wide selection of ready-made designs from our database, from which you can select something for you. whether you are looking for something classic or something more extravagant, we have many options from which you may select according to your preferences. however, we reserve the copyright and do not allow other printing house to use our original designs.
